Questions: How do I update my profile information? I forgot my password. I can't log in. How do I update my profile information? First, sign in to the My Profile section using the User Name and Password associated with your account. Once in the profile area, click any or all of the following buttons: Edit My Profile, Edit My Address Book, Change My Password. Make the appropriate changes and press the "Update" button on each of the pages that you change. If you need to change any of this information, go to My Profile now.
