Can I order products over the phone?
We prefer that you use the website to place your orders. We use double encryption to pass credit card information using SSL technology. We can assure you that all of your information will be safe. You can also purchase select cars at your participating Chevron station.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping and Handling Prices

Items are typically shipped the next business day after you've placed your order. Shipping to most destinations is via UPS Ground from Sacramento, California. Orders for Alaska and Hawaii, will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. West Coast UPS Ground orders (CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, AZ) usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed. Use the chart below to determine your shipping and handling charges.

Note: Shipments are not guaranteed to be shipped the next business day and we do not ship on weekends.

UPS Expedited: Delivery on the second business day to most metropolitan areas.

UPS Express: Delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end-of-day the next business day depending on destination (noon on Saturdays).

How will I know what taxes will be applied to my order?
Sales tax is applied to the total amount (after discounts) of the order in accordance with local tax laws. Sales tax is calculated at the time of checkout based upon the shipping destination of your order. In some states the total may include a tax on shipping/handling. (States subjected to shipping/handling tax: AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, MI, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV, WY)

Are Canadian orders assessed customs duties?
Yes, please be aware that the delivery charges do not include local duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges that are customarily collected at time of delivery.

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?
We do not ship to Post Office boxes at this time. Please do not enter in your Post Office box in the shipping address field.

How do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
We only ship domestic USPS Priority mail to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders take up to seven days to arrive.

How do I add items to my shopping cart?
Please click the Add to Cart button next to a product image or description. This will save this item to your Shopping Cart. If you do not see the "Add to Cart" button or a Shopping Cart, it means that you are logged in as someone under 18. We only allow people who are 18 or older to make purchases on the website. You can adjust your birthday in the "My Profile" section under "Edit my Profile". You must then log out and log back in again in order to see the shopping cart and "Add to Cart" button.

How do I check out?
You can only check out once you are logged in. Can't log in? Make sure you are using your correct user name and password. Remember, your user name and password are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, please click here to request your password now. If you are still unable to log in, please register again.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment methods. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

We also will accept a money order. To make a purchase with a money order, please go through the website ordering process as you would normally. Fill out the ‘Customer Information’ page and proceed to the ‘Order Details’ page. You will then be asked for a payment method. Click on ‘Money Order’ for your preferred payment method. Verify your order information and then click ‘Continue’. Finally, click on ‘Place order’ to process your order.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order number and will need to print out your order information by pressing the Print Invoice button on the right and send it together with a Money Order made out to ISL Consulting to the following address.

Do you accept the Chevron credit card?
We do not currently accept the Chevron Credit Card, although it is occasionally required for special promotions.

My credit card will not work. What should I do?
There are numerous reasons why your credit card won't work. We would suggest entering a new credit card into our system or calling your credit card provider.

Do you store credit cards?
We do not store any credit card numbers in your personal profile.
