I received a damaged good. What should I do?

When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after they have been placed (with the exception of holidays and weekends). Orders are typically shipped via UPS and the arrival time depends on your location. Most orders arrive within 4 days of being shipped (with the exception of holidays and weekends). You can check the status of the order by logging into My Profile and clicking on the See my order history link.

Can I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return goods for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling once you receive them. Please review our return policy return policy for more details.

How do I dispute a charge?
If you feel you have been mischarged for your Chevron Kids Shop products, please contact us by e-mail us at kidshop@kpcorp.com. Please have your packing slip available to help us quickly find your order. If you're sending us an e-mail, please include your order number (upper right hand corner of your packing list), what you ordered (car name is fine), the problem with your charges, your name and daytime telephone number. In most cases we should be able to resolve the problem quickly. You'll get a return telephone call or e-mail, typically within one business day.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are usually issued within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
