Victor E. Van PSU (Portland State University) is the ultimate fan. He admires everything great about sports and knows that hard work, fair play, plus treating teammates and opponents with respect are what scores highest in the hearts of true fans.
Victor gears up for the game by decorating himself with his team's colorful emblems and pennants. Each time his team scores, Victor honks his horn and performs a few jubilant spins. If his team wins, he celebrates with a proud Victor E. lap around the parking lot.

The Portland Statue University (PSU) Vikings:
- The Portland State University (PSU) Vikings have been playing football since 1947.
- They are a Division I NCAA team and participate in the Big Sky Conference.
- Prominent past PSU players include Chris Crawford, Ralph Davis, Curtis Degardo, Clint Didier, Charles "Chip" Dunn.
- Viking team highlights include two 2nd place finishes in the NCAA Division II Conference in 1989 and 1990.
- The team stadium, PGE Park in Portland, holds nearly 20,000 people.
- The team's color are forest green and white and and its mascot (viewable on the Victor E. Van PSU stickers) is known as the Victor E. Viking.
