Using Your Account
How to Update Account Information
First, from the Chevron Toy Store, log in to your account at the top right of the page, then click on the My Account button. Once in the account area, you can edit your account information and change your password. Click the "Update" button on the bottom of the page. If you need to change any of this information, go to My Account now.
Forgot Password
Forgot your password? Go to the Log in section and click on the Forgot your Password link. From there you will be able to reset your password. You can also request your password now.
Can't Log In
If you're having trouble logging in to your existing Chevron Cars account, make sure you are using your correct user name and password. Remember, your user name and password are case sensitive so be sure to enter them in upper and lower case letters just as you did when you created your account. If you have forgotten your password, request your password now. If you are still unable to log in, please register again or contact us and we will re-set your password manually.
