Using Your Account
How to Update Profile Information
First, Log in to your account, then click on the My Profile button at the top right of the page. Once in the profile area, you can edit your account information, change password, subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletters, manage your collection, and more. Click on the My Commerce Profile link from that page to see recent orders and track shipments. Click the "Update" button on each of the pages that you change. If you need to change any of this information, go to My Profile now.
Forgot Password
Forgot your password? Go to the Log in section and click on the Forgot your Password link. From there you will be able to reset your password. You can also request your password now.
Can't Log In
If you're having trouble logging in to your existing Chevron Cars account, make sure you are using your correct user name and password. Remember, your user name and password are case sensitive so be sure to enter them in upper and lower case letters just as you did when you created your account. If you have forgotten your password, request your password now. If you are still unable to log in, please register again or contact us and we will re-set your password manually.
